Purpose of the Course: To prepare participants with the knowledge, skills and attitude required to create and maintain infrastructure and facilities at an airport to enable passengers with reduced mobility (PRM) to pass through airport in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with the rights of persons with disabilities act 2016, Government of India and DGCA India CAR Section 3- Air Transport series-M, part-1, issue-3 Learning Objectives: Upon successful completion of the course, the participants will be able to: 1. Identify the special needs of PRMs travelling through an airport. 2. Establish infrastructure and facilities at appropriate locations as per standard 3. Maintain infrastructure and facilities 4.
