Purpose of the Course: To prepare participants with knowledge, skills and attitude required to maintain airport pavement at acceptable level of service over a period of time with economically viable strategies. Learning Objectives: Upon successful completion of the course, the participants will be able to: Appreciate importance of Airport pavement evaluation Understand key components and methods of Airport pavement evaluation Examine deterioration trends of pavement sections and to predict future pavement conditions Identify systematic procedure for determining priorities, schedule and allocating resources Decide on M&R treatments and optimal timings Target Audience: Civil Engineers, Project Engineers, Airside Maintenance Contractors
