In line with the above scenario, the programme on labour laws reforms with focus on contract labour management attempts to: · Confer the overall structure of labour laws. · Concentrate on the emerging issues pertaining to Contract Labour and Management. · Familiarize the participant about existing Social Security provisions · Scrutinize the gender dimensions of Contract Labour and Management. · Study the Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Amendment Bill 2017 and Code of Wages Act 2019.
